Service Definition

Zabbon is an independent digital store that provides digital access activation services for various online tools and software.
We do not sell official licenses unless explicitly stated, and we do not represent or act on behalf of any software company.

All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Order Process

By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate contact details

  • Complete payment using official methods only

  • Accept that all products are delivered digitally

  • Understand that delivery occurs after manual payment verification

Independent Digital Activation Partners

Some digital services may be fulfilled through trusted independent activation partners.
Whether fulfilled directly by Zabbon or through a partner, all services follow the same quality standards and store policies.

Zabbon is not responsible for any actions, restrictions, or changes made by the original software company or by independent providers after successful delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Use the service legally

  • Follow the terms of the software company (Adobe, Canva, etc.)

  • Not share account access or activation details

  • Avoid misuse that may cause suspension or limitations

If a customer violates external software terms and their account is restricted, Zabbon is not responsible.

Payment Verification

Zabbon reserves the right to request proof of payment and reject any suspicious or incomplete payment.
Orders are processed only after full verification.

Refund Policy

Refunds follow our official Return & Refund Policy, which states that digital items are non-refundable after delivery, except in rare cases outlined in that policy.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the Refund Policy in full.

Service Suspension or Changes

If a software provider (Adobe, Canva, etc.) changes their system, blocks an account, requires extra verification, or updates policies, Zabbon is not liable for such actions.

Off-Platform Purchases (WhatsApp)

Any purchases completed through WhatsApp or direct messaging are fully governed by:

  • Terms of Service

  • Refund Policy

  • Digital Delivery Policy

  • Payment & Verification Policy

Payment must only be sent to official numbers listed by Zabbon.

Limitation of Liability

Zabbon is not liable for:

  • Loss of access due to customer misuse

  • Actions taken by third-party software providers

  • Delays caused by customer providing wrong information

  • Technical issues outside our control

Changes to Terms

Zabbon may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates agreement with the updated terms.
