Off-Site Purchases Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made outside the Zabbon website, including orders placed through WhatsApp or any other direct communication channel.

By completing a purchase through WhatsApp or direct messaging, the customer agrees to all Zabbon store policies, including:

  • Terms of Service

  • Refund Policy

  • Privacy Policy

  • Digital Delivery Policy

  • Payment & Verification Policy


Order Confirmation

For off-site purchases, the customer must:

  • Provide accurate contact details

  • Send proof of payment

  • Confirm the product or service requested

  • Communicate through the official Zabbon WhatsApp number only

Orders are processed after full payment verification.


Delivery Process

Digital activation details are delivered through the same communication channel used by the customer (WhatsApp or email).

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Payment verification

  • Customer response time

  • Service availability

Once the activation information is delivered, the service is considered completed.


Refund Rules

Off-site purchases follow the same refund rules as website purchases:

  • No refunds after digital delivery

  • Refund available only in rare cases (failed activation, wrong product, technical error)

No refunds will be issued for customer misuse, policy violations, or changes made by third-party software companies.


Fraud Prevention

Zabbon reserves the right to:

  • Reject suspicious payments

  • Request additional verification

  • Refuse orders involving misuse or attempted fraud

Only payments sent to official listed numbers are accepted.


Final Agreement

By sending payment through WhatsApp or any direct channel, the customer confirms acceptance of all Zabbon policies and acknowledges that the order is bound by the store’s full legal framework.
