Payment & Verification Policy

Zabbon processes all orders manually to ensure secure and verified digital delivery. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following payment and verification terms:


Payment Methods

Payments are accepted only through the official payment methods listed on our website or WhatsApp number.
We do not accept payments sent to personal, unverified, or non-listed numbers.


Payment Verification

To protect both the customer and Zabbon, we may request:

  • A screenshot of the payment

  • Confirmation of the sender’s phone number

  • Order details confirmation

  • Proof of identity in suspicious cases (only if required)

Orders are processed only after full verification.


Incorrect or Incomplete Payments

Zabbon reserves the right to:

  • Reject payments sent to the wrong number

  • Reject incomplete payments

  • Cancel orders with unclear or suspicious payment activity

No digital service will be delivered without proper verification.


Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, Zabbon may temporarily hold or cancel orders that appear:

  • Fraudulent

  • Unauthorized

  • Linked to chargeback attempts

  • From accounts previously flagged for abuse


WhatsApp Orders

Purchases made via WhatsApp are fully covered by:

  • Terms of Service

  • Refund Policy

  • Digital Delivery Policy

The customer must send proof of payment before the order is processed.


Final Agreement

By completing a payment, the customer confirms that they understand and accept all payment and verification rules.
