Return & Refund Policy
All products and services provided by Zabbon are non-tangible digital services delivered electronically after payment verification. Digital items cannot be returned, revoked, or disabled after delivery, and therefore cannot be refunded except in the specific cases listed below.
No Refund After Delivery
Once the activation details have been delivered to the customer, the order is considered completed and non-refundable under all normal circumstances.
This rule exists because digital access, once delivered, cannot be reversed, reclaimed, or returned.
Eligible Refund Cases (Rare Cases Only)
A refund may be issued only in the following exceptional cases:

The activation does not work at all after delivery.

A different service from the one ordered was delivered.

A verified technical error occurred from Zabbon’s side during the order.
The customer must provide clear proof and contact support immediately.
Misuse or Violation of Software Terms
If the customer violates the terms of the original software company (Adobe, Canva, etc.), resulting in account restriction, suspension, or closure, Zabbon is not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
Suspicious or Invalid Payments
Zabbon reserves the right to reject any payment that appears incomplete, manipulated, or suspicious.
No service will be delivered unless payment is verified.
